Crafted from scratch in England at the innovative Dropworks Distillery, the beating heart of modern British rum.

Using premium sugarcane molasses and sugarcane honey, this is our boldest bottling yet. It’s double distilled and aged in hybrid oak casks: French oak tops for structure, American oak bodies for richness.

Our casks undergo the meticulous STR process (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred). This technique intensifies the interaction between spirit and wood, creating an uncompromising flavour profile that is rich, deep, and truly unique.

The Result

A harmonious blend with layers of rich molasses, delicate fruit, vanilla, and oak. Aged to bring out the best of both distillates, this spirit promises a unique journey of flavour in every sip.
